NEW 4.0 FACTORY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF RED BRICKS

Pioneer in new technologies usage, Carthago Ceramic, continues its development and launches a new factory for the manufacture of red bricks in perforated clay in Djbel West, intended as well for the local market and also for export

Between robotization, palettization, Etc… this new generation 4.0 factory is fully automated with an energy control process.

With a capacity of 1,200 tons per day, Carthago Brique offers new bricks that meet acoustic and thermal requirements such as: BDC1, BDC2, TBPL, TBH16, TB12, TB08.

The major innovation, the result of extensive research, is the new concept inspired 100% by nature and essentially by the honeycomb, which acts directly on cold, heat and sound waves, considerably reducing their impact to guarantee less energy wastage and greater indoor comfort.

Moreover, this new range of ecological bricks also allows financial savings by reducing the costs of installation and plastering, in addition to high density and mechanical resistance.

The use of cogeneration in the CARTHAGO CERAMIC and BBM factories has made it possible to produce a 100% ecological brick that consumes less energy and protects the atmosphere by emitting less CO2.

Through this environmental and civic approach, the CARTHAGO CERAMIC /BBM group fully adheres to the national effort to control energy, by consolidating the eco-building sector in Tunisia, through a green and nature-friendly industry.
